- A rede hidrométrica da Região Autónoma da Madeira (RAM) é gerida e monitorizada por duas entidades: a Águas e Resíduos da Madeira, S.A (ARM) e o Laboratório Regional de Engenharia Civil (LREC). A Rede hidrométrica da ARM é composta por 47 estações, das quais 20 encontram-se desativadas. Nas ativas (27 estações) são descritas as suas principais características de identificação e período de operação. A maioria das estações encontram-se junto de levadas e de ribeiras. As estações ativas do LREC (32 estações) fornem dados apenas sobre a sua identificação.
